- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed

- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions:


Step 1. Cook the noodles:

 Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop further cooking. Set aside.


Step 2. Prepare the sauce:

 In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
